Chris and decided to rent a condo that was within walking distance from the beach and had a full kitchen so we could eat breakfast and lunch etc there to save money. We also splurged and got an ocean front view!

We spent a lot of time out on the balcony and it was one of Devin's favorite places!
We decided to go down the first morning we were there and check out the beach.

Edward had gone down the night before and came back and told me it was all rocks. I told him I was sure the tide was high, and there would be more beach in the morning. I didn't think much of it, and boy was I wrong! We were on the seawall, and this was not a beach you could walk to.

I was a little disappointed at first, but there was a very nice beach right down the street with easy parking and access so it wasn't a big deal. It actually meant that when we went, we all went together, and we probably stayed longer than we would have had it been within walking distance.
So we spent a ton of time on the balcony, first thing in the morning enjoying our coffee, in the afternoons enjoying some quiet time while D was napping and in the evenings having a drink and lively conversations!
