Chris and I recently put our house on the market and them within 2 months decided to take it off the market and stay put. It was the best decision for our family, and we ultimately decided we were giving up a lot more than we were going to gain, and could accomplish what we needed in our existing house with about the same financial out pour or less, as we would have spent buying something else.
So now we are planning for our future in our house and doing a lot of work on it. One thing we are working on is the backyard! We have always loved spending time out there and Devin especially loves it. This year I decided to get her a water table. It's still a little chilly to play in the water, but Devin still loves it!
We are looking forward to many many more years in our home and lots more fun in the backyard!
