We had a 2nd birthday party for Devin a few weeks ago and the Little Gym that we go to each weekend to take classes. It was money well spent and worth every cent if you ask me! Of course, there are all kinds of illnesses that go around this time of year, so we had 4 kids cancel the day of the party which only left 4 kids. It didn't matter though because they all had a great time and more importantly, Devin had a blast!
It is really hard for me to get good pictures here because of the odd lighting as well as the never ending movement of my child but I think there were a few really cute ones of Devin and her friends.
We decided that this was the day we were going to tell our family and close friends that Devin was going to be a big sister. I ordered this shirt for her because I thought it was really cute and a little different....it turns out most people didn't notice what it said without us asking them if they saw her shirt. I still think it's really cute! :)
As you can see, Devin was showing off her somersault skills on her own...she also smiled the ENTIRE time we were there. She loved having run of the gym and not having to wait on anyone!
Devin's very favorite thing is the air track. She spent lots of time playing on it during her party!
And Daddy and Diddo played on it with her too...
Grayson's favorite part was the bubbles for sure but I think he enjoyed hanging around too....
Caroline joined us with her whale spouts on her head which I think are the cutest! :) She is a about 9 months younger than Devin and she is absolutely FEARLESS! She had a ball too!
The leaders pulled out this huge round donut that they let the kids ride over and then flipped them at the end. They had tons of fun playing on this!
Bianca came a little late but also loved playing...
To my surprise, Devin actually rode on the parachute, and has been riding it in class ever since!
The last thing we did was have some cake and drinks!
And when we got home, Devin took a nice long nap, then we let her open her presents!
What a great day we had!
